ABTARCHITECTURE   

 

 

This bioclimatic holiday home was designed for a family of surfers, located a few steps from the famous Pointe de la Torche. Built in cellular concrete, on a solid earth foundation, this small house uses energy from the sun and the earth and requires no heating. The stone wall crossing the entire house offers real aesthetic comfort and responds to the history of its inhabitants, but also the lighting of the entrance and the shelter of a barbecue. To the north, a small room accommodates the laundry room as well as storage facilities for all surf equipment. In the mature landscape this building nestles harmoniously into the architectural continuum.
