A project to radically change the entire center of a town : circulation, lighting, water treatment, parking, and safety but most importantly the quality of life in the small yet cozy town center. A three month intensive study analyzing importantly the economic functions of town center, as well as every aspect that influences human and related financial activity. An important element was to establish outdoor space for every tavern, bar and restaurant, to give life and connection between the economy and the human activity.

It was developed by a collaboration between ABTArchitecture and the Senator, President of the community, Mayor of the town, the CEOs of the largest commerces, the heads of all the departments of Service Technique of the town of Ploneour-Lanvern and a collection of concerned citizens. Weekly meetings were held for feed back prior to the development of a 140 page graphic report.
