ABTARCHITECTURE
The extension of the refectory is being carried out over 50m²: on the rue Emile Combe side, almost in alignment with the property line and in addition to the facade of the housing units, thus giving it the desired architectural volume effect.
The creation of a leisure center is done in the interior space of the ground floor of the first extension of 1983 and is then redesigned in this sense.
The building then open on the main facade is closed by curtain walls in anthracite-colored reinforced aluminum.
The two toilet blocks on the ground floor of the building have been completely rehabilitated with the creation of a PMR toilet.
The exterior joinery of the ground floor of the courtyard side facade of the main building is replaced and a new covered metal covered courtyard is created all along. All metalwork and exterior joinery are anthracite in color. The covered courtyard has a 7% slope with rainwater recovery. This composite material cover is translucent.
Two classrooms are open on the ground floor, all door thresholds, interior joinery are then included as well as all amenities and standards related to accessibility.
