Pont Du Maison : rénovation surface : 284m²
Project based on the “Beach cottage” style of the 1930s in the United States. We reworked this 1960s house, using older and more modern elements, to create the style of 1930. The entire house was redesigned according to the principles of Feng-Shui and Hinduism, and thus the hierarchy of the space has been reconfigured: the sequence from the public entrance to the master suite, which is the most private room in the house. All new state-of-the-art heating, plumbing, heating and electrical systems have been installed, along with domes and a high-tech conservatory. All systems, including the smart glass roof of the conservatory, have been integrated with the smart home control system.
